Their strong collaboration ensured that the event not only ran smoothly but also created a welcoming environment that fostered meaningful dialogue and partnership-building.

This year, P2A proudly welcomed 79 delegates from 33 esteemed institutions across 4 ASEAN Member States—a testament to the network’s expanding reach and the growing commitment to shared educational development.
Through interactive sessions, institutional showcases, and cultural immersion experiences, delegates strengthened bonds and discovered new pathways for cooperation in internationalization, mobility programs, and cross-border academic initiatives.

As UII officially assumes the P2A Chairmanship, we express our deepest appreciation to all institutions and delegates for your ongoing trust, support, and active participation. Your dedication continues to shape P2A into a stronger, more dynamic, and more inclusive platform for ASEAN youth and higher education stakeholders.
With great anticipation, we now look forward to the 10th P2A Annual General Meeting, which will be hosted in Danang, Vietnam, in 2026—a promising new milestone for our collective journey.
Here’s to another year filled with collaboration, innovation, and strengthened ASEAN connectivity. Together, we continue building the future of education in our region
