1. Terms & Conditions
By submitting this registration and payment, the applicant confirms that all provided information is accurate and agrees to comply with the event’s registration terms, deadlines, eligibility requirements, and administrative procedures set by the Organizing Committee.

2. Refund Policy
All registration payments are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for cancellation, absence, visa refusal, travel issues, schedule conflicts, incorrect registration, or failure to meet eligibility requirements. Payments must be made only through the official payment methods provided by the Organizing Committee, including OnePay under Option 1 or official bank transfer. Payments made through any other third-party platforms or services, including but not limited to Western Union, PayPal, MoneyGram, or personal accounts, are not processed by the Organizing Committee. Therefore, the Organizing Committee shall not be responsible for verifying, confirming, refunding, or resolving any issues related to such payments. Refunds may only be considered if the event is cancelled by the Organizing Committee.

3. Payment & Rate Policy
Registration rates are subject to the applicable deadlines and eligibility requirements. Early Bird, Regular, Stipend, Member, or other special rates will only apply at the time the applicant completes the required registration, payment, and verification procedures within the stated timeline. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to request a new registration or additional payment if the selected rate is no longer valid or eligibility cannot be verified.

4. Data privacy consent
By submitting this registration, the applicant agrees that the Organizing Committee may collect, use, store, and process the provided personal data for registration verification, payment confirmation, event administration, communication, reporting, certificate issuance, and other purposes directly related to the event. The applicant confirms that the information provided is accurate and understands that necessary data may be shared with relevant event partners, service providers, or authorities only when required for event-related purposes.
